Attorney Michael E. Banks is a partner in the Law Firm of Haus, Roman and Banks, LLP. Attorney Banks serves as general counsel to companies having nationwide and international businesses, and maintaining offices in several jurisdictions in the United States, Hong Kong and the European Union. As general counsel, Attorney Banks manages the legal aspects of his clients’ organizational structure, business transactions, contracts, equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, intellectual property licensing, commercial litigation, strategic planning and employment matters.
Attorney Banks’ practice has an emphasis in high technology businesses including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, power quality, electronic component manufacturing, and a broad range of Internet businesses. Attorney Banks also represents real estate developers in connection with the development, financing, leasing, purchase and sale of property, and represents traditional bricks and mortar companies in a variety of industries.
