Biography

William (“Willie”) Haus has been engaged in the private practice of law in Madison, Wisconsin continuously since 1972. Attorney Haus’ practice includes all facets of labor relations and employment law in both the private and public sectors. Attorney Haus represents both institutional clients and individuals as counsel and in cases before the National Labor Relations Board and the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission.

In addition to representing clients before all levels of the Wisconsin courts, Attorney Haus is also admitted to practice before the Western and Eastern U.S. District Courts in Wisconsin, before the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Attorney Haus has also represented clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Attorney Haus received his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton (1969) and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison (1972).
